Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
A: Once your order has been approved we send your information to be entered and printed onto your reserved spot in heaven. Depending where you are located it can take 10-15 business days to arrive to your doorstep.
Q: I lost my certificate, can I receive another one?
A: Yes there is no minimum on how many your name can have reserved! If you would like multiple certificates please select how many prints you wish in the order form.
Q: If I order this for someone else, can they find out who ordered it for them?
A: We keep all purchases private and confidential so we can not release any information to any inquires. If you wish to order a certificate on someone's behalf please use email tool after completing the order to send out our email notification to the person.
